Ottawa Citizen – McKellar Park infill by Andrew Reeves offers a thoughtful use of space
“In short, TLPI brought Andrew Reeves’ design – and our vision – to life.
From a project perspective, we were very sensitive about how the build would be experienced by our neighbours. After all, we were tearing down our existing house and taking a year to build a new one. Our concerns were laid to rest immediately. Kevin called on the neighbours most affected by demolition and construction, and maintained great communications with all of them. During the build, the on-site crew were amazing. Always positive, friendly and welcoming.
With a few engineering twists to the design, there were many interesting moments of cranes, steel and drama. When a few hiccups occurred – they were dealt with immediately.
We felt that TLPI was 100% committed to this project – and with us every step of the way. How many projects come in on time and on budget!?
