The Lake Partnership Inc. (TLPI) was founded in 1994 and has a proven track record of building a wide range of custom projects and spaces of the highest quality. Starting out, we completed mainly residential homes, renovations and additions. Today our project and construction management team focus on a cross-section of commercial and residential projects.

At The Lake Partnership Inc., we have an award winning residential construction team comprised of dedicated project managers, site managers and skilled trades. For over 25 years, we have been building custom homes, additions and large-scale renovations including numerous green homes. Sustainable home certifications include LEED Platinum & Gold, R-2000, and Passive House. We apply our knowledge of building energy efficient structures wherever possible and do our best to recycle, reuse or donate materials. Years of experience enable us to properly guide clients to meet their goals financially, sustainably and architecturally.
In 2012, we branched into commercial construction and have worked on many exciting fit up and real estate development projects. Noteworthy tenant fit ups were completed such as the Bridgehead Roastery and all office space for Ottawa’s tech darling, Shopify. Developments include the multi-unit Springfield Towns as well as St. Charles Market, a mixed-use development on Beechwood Avenue.
