ABOUT

Custom construction is not like buying a commodity, it is a service that helps inform decisions in order to meet your goals. At the Lake Partnership, we provide quality service and display a great deal of integrity through honest billing practices and protection of our clients’ and partners’ best interests.

Our values and philosophy;

Quality – in the advice we give as well as the custom work we produce.

Accountability – to our partners. We are an open book, providing fully transparent and detailed monthly statements and budgets.

Integration –  of project managers and contractors with aligned goals allows for better planning and management of complex custom projects with less frictional costs.

OUR NETWORK

The Lake Partnership is supported by a network of trusted, experienced tradespeople on which we draw for specific expertise, as well as to scale up our capacity as required.

The exceptionally positive nature of our trade relationships is the result of our shared commitment to quality, accountability and respect for one another’s expertise, effort and business imperatives.

OUR CREW

We are proud of our core crew of skilled tradesmen, trained over time and on many projects to consistently meet the Lake Partnership standard.

Our attrition rate is unusually low because we foster a cordial, respectful working environment, have no shortage of interesting projects, and support our people in doing their very best work.

As a result, we have a reliable, close-knit crew that enjoys working together.

Senior accounting and administrative staff support our financial tracking and project records.
